Dina Laskowski

Dina Laskowski, resident of Jamestown, is interested in a variety of art. She has been a member of the Jamestown Art Center and is presently serving on the Art Center Board. Art allows the human spirit to excel beyond the realm of reality and space which allows one an opportunity to expand their imagination. She has always found art to be inspiring to see, appreciate, and create. She has taken a number of art classes in Chicago, where she originally resided, as well as in Jamestown in the following mediums: sculpture – clay, decoupage, gourd creations, basket weaving, stained glass, silver casting, glass bead blowing, beading, and polymer clay design.

She joined the Artisan group in November, 2003.and has worked at the Artisans Kirkpatrick Gallery at the Frontier Village for a number of seasons. Her present focus is on jewelry design working with beads, commercial beads, polished rocks, copper, silver, and brass wire. She designs  pins, bracelets, earrings, and necklaces.

Travelers from Qatar and Philippines who purchased Dina Laskowski’s earrings and Andy Kudrna’s wood carvings at the Kirkpatrick Gallery at the Frontier Village in Jamestown, ND.
